We are executing search for multiple positions of Associate Professors / Assistant Professors for a reputed University in Udaipur backed by a large Corporate group in the following streams:
1. Management- IT & Business Analytics, Marketing, Finance, HRM, General Management.
2. Computer Science - AI/ ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, Data Analytics.
KRAs would be-

To oversee the design and development of the overall curricula and develop and deliver a range of programs of study (sometimes for entirely new courses) at various levels.

To develop the quality assurance framework within the Institutes overall framework, including the validation and revalidation of courses, and student admission and assessment.

To transfer knowledge including practical skills, methods and techniques.

To lead the development and implementation of research strategy.

To lead and co-ordinate research activity in the subject including determining relevant research objectives and preparing research proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile-

PhD (or equivalent) in the relevant field with approx. 2- 5 years of experience post PhD. (Teaching/Industry).
A national and international record of excellence in research and publication.
Experience of teaching postgraduate and undergraduate students.
Experience of conducting administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Effective teaching design and delivery.
Highly effective oral and written communication skills, to convey conceptual and complex ideas and information.
